Filmmaker, educator, author, Internationally performing storyteller in over 65 countries, radio, TV and public forum creator/host, audio artist and keynote speaker.

Marc lives in the small seaside Rhode Island village of Wakefield with his wife, Viera, a contemporary art curator and two young boys.

He has received awards and many local and national grants for his national radio show, (Action Speaks, Under-appreciated Dates That Changed America) and for his two films, (Stories in Stone and Woven in Time).

Marc is currently in production on a new film, (Triple Decker, A New England Love Story) and is working with a New England school district as a ‘Scholar-In-Resident’.

Mr. Levitt is also a community activist advocating for policies that preserve and enhance ‘Place’ and that support equity, diversity and ‘child centered’ education.
